Thanksgiving Offerings Care Instructions

Apple Pie, Pecan Tart & Pear-Pistachio Galette

Store at room temperature. Leftovers will keep for 3 days at dry, cool room temperature. Can be reheated in a 350F oven, covered with foil, for approximately 15 minutes for the pie and 8 - 10 minutes for the galette and tart. However, we recommend serving the tart at room temperature or even slightly cool.

Pumpkin Pie

Store in the refrigerator until serving. Slice with a warm knife. Leftovers will keep in the refrigerator for 3 days.

Princess Cake

Store in the refrigerator until serving. Slice with a warm knife. Leftovers will keep in the refrigerator for 3 days.

Herbed Dinner Rolls

Store wrapped at room temperature. If desired, reheat at 350F for approximately 10 minutes, checking every few minutes. Slather with more soft butter if desired.

Take and Bake Cinnamon Rolls

Defrost in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours the day before you bake your rolls (or freeze for up to 2 months). Before going to bed, pull them out of the fridge, arrange the rolls evenly in the dish and leave on the counter to proof at cool room temperature (around 70F), covered lightly with plastic wrap or a clean towel. It should take about 6 - 8 hours to proof*, and they should roughly double in size.

Heat your oven to 375F and place the proofed cinnamon rolls into the oven. Bake for approximately 15 to 20 minutes depending on your oven. They should be a nice golden brown. Allow the icing to warm up a bit and it will be easier to spread on the rolls once slightly cool.

*Highly dependent on ambient temperatures. If you would like something a bit faster, place the cinnamon rolls in an enclosed space (like a microwave or toaster oven) and put a cup or a dish of steaming hot water in with them. Check every 20 minutes or so, replacing the hot water as needed, until the cinnamon rolls fill the pan.
